compact rooms with heating issues
loud heating cold bedding
the room was very small (i knew that beforehand, to be fair). more annoying was the heating. it was really loud and made sleeping difficult. also, the bedding wasn't as warm as i would have liked.

The location is really unbeatable. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. I had early check in and this made my day easier.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Early check-in was available, and the coffee lounge was a relaxing spot. I was impressed by the beautiful rooftop lounge and the quality of the linens provided. These features certainly enhanced my experience.
I experienced some noise issues during the night, with a ground shaking and loud sounds at certain intervals. I am not sure if it was related to the A/C, but it made it difficult to fall asleep. I hope this can be addressed .

The room was very clean and included shampoo and soap in the bathroom. I received enough towels, shower towels, and washcloths for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

The hotel features a cozy lounge and bar, giving many seating options for chatting. Free coffee is available in the morning at the restaurant between 7 AM and 11 AM. Luggage storage is free, safe, and very convenient.

An Italian restaurant is located on the premises. there is a very cute bar. There is no breakfast included, but free coffee is offered between 7 and 11 in the morning. The coffee was AMAZING!!!
